Kelly Yearick
Forth
Kelly Yearick lives and works in Portland, Oregon where she leads programs to boost electric vehicle adoption and access to shared electric transportation. She joined the Forth team in 2017 and has managed various Federal and State contracts, including Forth’s portfolio of programming as Backstop Aggregator in Oregon’s Clean Fuels Program. In her work, she brings together diverse stakeholder groups such as utilities, government agencies, community-based organizations, and industry players to design and implement impactful programs.
She currently manages the DOE-funded CRuSE project, a rural carsharing program, and brings her experience around workplace charging to the Electric Vehicle Adoption Leadership Program (EVAL).
Kelly holds a Master’s in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Portland State University, a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and sits on the board of Solar Oregon.
