Sharon serves as the Workforce Development Manager at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI). She has years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, and learning management systems.

Some of her notable accomplishments include creating leadership development programs and workshops to drive professional performance and meet business goals for companies such as Philz Coffee.

She is passionate about bridging the gender and diversity gap in workforce development by creating training programs that provide participants with job-readiness skills for good-paying green jobs.
